With over 20 years of extensive experience across the marine and oil & gas industries, Elnur Abdullayev is a highly skilled Electronics, Electrical, and Instrumentation Specialist who blends deep technical expertise with strong managerial leadership. His career spans multiple international locations, including Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Turkey, and the Middle East, where he has built a reputation for delivering high-quality solutions in demanding operational environments.
Mr. Abdullayev is currently the CTO of Marintel Group of Companies, Dubai, UAE and a graduate of the Blue MBA class of 2023.
